I'm an everyday Utahn: I served a mission, graduated from Weber State, married my sweetheart, bought a house, and built a career while raising four kids. Politics was never the plan. But when power drifts further from the people and closer to those who already have it, sitting on the sidelines stops feeling like an option.
Too many Utahns feel like the system works for everyone except them. When the will of the people is expressed at the ballot box, through initiatives, or through their neighbors, it gets overridden, watered down, or ignored by those in power. Government is supposed to answer to us, not the other way around.
I'm running because I've spent my career solving complex, broken systems: not with band-aids or bureaucracy, but by listening, simplifying, and building solutions that work for the people they're meant to serve. That's the same standard I'll hold myself to in the Utah Senate.
I will be accountable to Utahns. To families, workers, and neighbors. Not to a caucus, not to major donors, and not to political tradition. If you believe government should reflect the people who live here, I'm asking for your vote.
